You try to adhere to a healthy diet, but chances are, you’re not receiving the recommended amount of daily nutrients from your diet alone. In fact, a study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found only one out of every 10 adults meets the federal fruit or vegetable recommendations.

“If every American ate between five to nine servings of fruit and vegetables a day we would not need additional vitamin supplementation,” says Dr. Kenneth Cooper. “Yet, the average American adult eats 3.1 servings of fruits and vegetables and the average teenager gets 1.6 servings. This leads to levels of vitamins in the blood becoming deficient and supplementation becomes necessary.” Helping people live healthy lives is at the center of everything Cooper Aerobics does. It's why Dr. Kenneth Cooper started making supplements in the first place, and why we will never offer a product that we don't believe will truly be beneficial.

Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fats including EPA ((Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and are necessary for your cells to function properly. The only way to obtain omega 3 fatty acids is through your diet or by supplementation. Fish oil is a great source of omega 3, but unfortunately, most people don't consume enough of the right kinds of fish to provide enough of these vital omega 3 fatty acids.

Good dietary sources of omega 3 fatty acids include cold-water (oily) fish such as salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, lake trout and albacore tuna. Flaxseeds and walnuts also provide omega 3. The American Heart Association recommends eating at least two servings of fish each week. A serving is 3 1/2 ounces of cooked fish.

Cooper Complete Omega 3 is in the superior triglyceride form, which is more easily absorbed by your body. The fish oil is ultra-purified with a touch of lemon flavor added with no fishy aftertaste or burps.

FAQ'S

The tablet size is too big. Can I cut or crush the tablets to make them smaller?

Yes. It is safe to crush or cut the tablets.

Does Cooper Complete Healthy Body Pack contain calcium?

No. Calcium requirements are dependent upon both gender and age. Because Cooper Complete Healthy Body Pack is formulated for men and women, it was best to leave calcium out of the formula.

What are the EPA and DHA in Cooper Complete Healthy Body Pack?

There are three types of omega-3 fatty acids: eicopentaenoic (EPA), docosahexaenoic (DHA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Eicopentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are the long chain omega-3 fatty acids commonly found in fish. Much of the research on omega-3 and its ability to reduce cardiovascular disease risk factors has been found with the consumption of these two fatty acids. Alpha-linolenic acid, a short chain omega-3 fatty acid, comes from plants and includes flaxseed, walnut, and canola oils made from nuts and seeds, as well as tofu and other forms of soybeans.
